Help Me, Help Israel This Spring!

This break, I have an amazing opportunity to volunteer and raise money for Jewish National Fund projects in Israel through their Alternative Break program!

I am so excited to be travelling to Israel and joining other young adults from across the country for a week of community service. This trip will allow me to connect to the land and people of Israel in such a meaningful and hands-on way.

As part of my participation, I have committed to raising at least $950 directly towards the service projects where I will be volunteering in Israel. These service projects all get funds through the Go North Campaign, which is where my fundraising efforts will go. These service projects include beautifying the Yemin Orde Boarding School, volunteering with HaShomer HaChadesh, volunteering at the Emek HaShalom Farm and volunteering at Leket, Israel's National Food Bank.

Over the past 115 years, JNF has evolved into a global environmental leader by planting more than 250 million trees, building over 240 reservoirs and dams, developing over 250,000 acres of land, creating more than 2,000 parks, providing the infrastructure for over 1,000 communities, and connecting thousands of children and young adults to Israel and their heritage. By participating on this program, I can personally impact the land and people of Israel.
