Tu BiShvat in the Schools Tree Campaign

Tu BiShvat is the Jewish New Year of the Trees. Celebrate this festive holiday and connect your students to their roots by participating in Tu BiShvat in the Schools tree campaign program. Planting trees in Israel is a wonderful way to celebrate and observe Tu BiShvat. When your school participates, it is joining hundreds of other schools across the country, following in the tradition of school children planting trees throughout Israel and around the world.

Planting trees in Israel is a beautiful way to show you care. In fact, JNF has been planting trees in Israel for over a century. It connects us to the land, celebrates our joys and memorializes our losses, and literally plants a stake of hope and optimism for the future of Israel.

Create your school’s page and share the link with your school community. For just $18 per tree, a student will receive a personalized certificate, and an “I planted a tree in Israel” sticker. Each purchase will help your school win great prizes. The more trees your school community plants, the more chances your school has to win!
